well, no need to be proud anymore...i ate the pita bread for a 3pm snack and had a bite size 3 musketeer damnit
but i came home and ate whitefish/a little brocolli and cheese and some whole wheat pasta.
i felt guilty about the pita bread and 3 musketeer (and the brocolli and cheese) so when i got home i used the kickboxing bag for 10 minutes and then walked on the
treadmill for 25 minutes..then i lifted a few
weights.....
i hope i didnt mess up too badly
