| Walks are good to get out of the house and get some fresh air. Be sure that you do think about things going on in your life when you do go for walks. Some times people keep them selves very busy so they can avoid whatever issues in their life that they do not want to confront.
It's also hard to NOT think about eating. We must eat to survive, to live. In general, the way to go about things is to embrace something instead of rejecting/avoiding something. IMO, the better mindset is to "be healthy" than "lose weight" or "not eat so much" or "don't eat this, that, this, and that." |
