| i am really anxious to weigh in monday with my trainer. (good anxious)
i did have a snack late last night....some baked lays chips, a whole wheat pita with a little cheese. i think i am pmsing..cuz i can feel it in my tummy...
i still feel pretty strong but i know how my eating pattern gets...carb city...argh
for breakfast, i drank a little extra protein shake with a banana/raspberries..
i had a salad and some grilled veggies/chicken with just a sprinkling of whole grain rice on the mixture. just to give it some "bulk"
i just filled my water jug but i feel kindof hungry still..i have an apple and tomato juice i can rely on if if the water doesnt work |
