| I am 8 days into my diet and have the same problems. I always grab a bottled water. I prefer the Sams choice flavored water with no calories and no sodium. I have a bottle with me no matter where I am. I also find myself watching less TV becuase that was my munchie time with my old habits.
I have also found that the sugar free jello cups are great. Good flavor and gives me just enough to make me feel content with my hunger in between meals or at night.
