Hi Scott...I am only three days into my diet, but so far so good. I've stayed on track and have come to realize that this is definitely a 'one day at a time' issue for me. You made some really good points. I, too, always have water or some other non-caloric, non-carbonated drink with me. I really like the little to go packets from Crystal Light and Walmart that you add to 16 oz. bottles of water. Munching in front of the tv was/is also a habit of mine.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the great points and keep on keeping on with your diet. Never ever give up!
