Yesterday was a good day.
Breakfast - 2 slices jenni -o
fat free turkey breast, 1 low
fat skim motz cheese stick and 8 oz of skim milk
Lunch - Salad with romaine, canned tuna,2- boiled egg, low
fat shredded cheddar cheese, celery, onion and
fat free kraft italian dressing
Dinner - Baked salmon filet and tilapia filet (7oz total), 2 cups stir fry blend veggies and 8oz of skim milk
I did drink 2- 1 liter bottles of Sam's Choice flavored sparkling water (I love the stuff), typically drink 3 per day.
Snacks during the day - Sugar free jello cups (2),
fat free motz stick (1)
I typically weigh myself every morning and this morning I am down another 4
pounds, so I am down to 340 lbs with 15
pounds lost.
