My foot is bothering me probably from the exercise...I bought new shoes but I still seem to have trouble with my feet (damn years of cramming them in little skates). I took a motrin and ate a bowl of raisin bran and soy milk for breakfast....hoping that the motrin will kick in before i see my trainer.
still worried about the weigh in...afraid i did all this work this week for nothing just because i had a bad night on saturday....just hoping to keep my motivation level high even if my weigh in doesnt go as planned...if i need to do my daily affirmations and when i weigh in be excited and grateful even if its just 1/2
pound....and if i dont lose anything i know that i shouldnt quit because its just a number and everything i have done this week has been toward a healthier me (except the wine)...and the tiny candy bar and the bread....arghhhhhh
