What is working for me,
Went back to a Pure
Vegetarian Diet Cardio excersise with
HIIT
Excersising 6x a week
Drowing myself in water (that is all I drink)
Three meals a day to rid myself of toxic
hunger
No sweets
No caffine
What works great about this is I am never hungry, so there is no need to snack.

What is the best part is I have so much
energy now. For instance, I have a cold (from touching something that some nasty person who didn't wash their hands touched), and it is barley there. And I'm not tired and have not taken any medication for it.
