believe it or not I hated vegetables up until about 6 months ago. I started forcing myself to eat them so i could lose weight. I make two different kinds with dinner every night so i feel like i get to eat more with hardly any more
calories! You can find any kind of workout video you want on youtube, so I have been experimenting with all sorts of stuff. its fun! I like belly dancing videos.
