What a great attitude Chip! You're so right about getting back on track right away after a bad meal or weekend. You can actually maintain your
goal weight that way, as long as you eat a light meal or two afterwards to make up for anything too over the top.
I bet you do feel better from just eating healthier and lighter and exercising regularly. All of that I think is supposed to clear out your blood fats and give your liver a break from all the work its doing in processing the sugar etc.
