Listen, if it works, and it's not SPEED - than I think you have to use it. The risk of some herbal supplement compared to say 75
pounds of strain on your heart isn't even close. Personally, I'm useless without a cup of coffee in the morning and since I workout in the mornings I'm sure you could say I'm using a "stimulant" to workout. If one cup of coffee a day means I keep the 35
pounds off, I'm drinking a cup of coffee a day. Eventually I'd like to have all caffeine out of my
diet - but one thing at a time.
And I also don't think a cup of coffee (one cup mind you) is bad for you. If you're drinking 3-4 cups to jack your
heart rate up and workout obsessively, that's another story.
