Losing one
pound is great! You're moving in the right direction. Sometimes I find that when my clients think they worked really hard and don't lose as much as they would have liked to they see the scale go down more the next week. Not sure why, maybe it's turning
fat into muscle, or maybe the scale likes to torment us, or it just takes time for our weight to catch up with us. Anyway, don't let it get you down.
