If you cut out processed food, white flour and sugar, you can practically eat as much as you want of anything else and you will get to an optimal weight. I didn't mention meat, cause I'm a vegetarian...I guess that probably helps too, but not the most important thing by far.
One more thing....buy an article of clothing you love one size too small....hang it somewhere highly visible to you and try it on once a week. The best part is when it becomes too big. |
Wow, that's how my wife eats for sure. She hasn't had flour of ANY kind of processed sugar in three years. She subsists on fruit, stevia extract, yogurt, potatos, legumes, beans, etc. as her main staples. She's got it down to a science about getting all her
nutrition, and yet, not eating any processed flours or sugar. She doesn't eat bread for god's sake, ever.
Anyway, it can be done. I still eat sprouted, flourless bread and feel like I'm eating twinkies...
