I was reading an article today that made a lot of sense.
Instead of constantly thinking about cutting
calories and depriving ourselves we need to think about becoming
FIT.
The
weight loss will be a natural part of that.
When you're fit everything is easier....it's easier to be more active, which in turn burns more
calories....it's a benevolent cycle instead of the vicious cycle of deprivation, binge...etc etc etc
