Did realling good with my eating yesterday.
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 strip turkey bacon, 1 slice of candian bacon, low
fat motz cheese stick, 8oz skim milk.
Lunch - spinach leafs with 1 boiled egg, 4 celery sticks w/ peanut butter, grape tomatoes, snap peas and 2 4oz ground turkey patties.
Dinner - 1 cup mixed veggies and a 6 oz chicken breast with
fat free bbq sauce.
Snacks - none
Beverages - 3 liters of water
Today might noy be that great of a day on the eating. We are throwing a party to watch the afc and nfc chamion ship games. We are serving some good stuff health wise and some bad stuff. I am actually using this party to ge rid of all the junk food in the house. Wish me luck on the eating department. I should be ok. Hopefully!!
At weigh in theis morning I am still at 23
