Hi Emily,

I'm 5'3"...I guess I'm the shortest of the pack, as usual. I have a very small frame though, so people normally underestimate my weight and are shocked if they find out how much I weigh. I may not look my weight but boyyyyy do I feel it!! I set my goal weight at 135, but the doctor recommends 115. At 200 lbs I fit into size 11/12 and can squeeze into 9/10 (with a shoehorn, oil and duct tape) so i am a little afraid of what 115 will look like on me. OMG would I be a size 0?!?! But who knows, maybe when I get to 135, I'll want to be 115.

Come up with our own exercise plans...how cool . The program that I am doing has some exercises it recommends to tone certain areas, maybe I could crack them out and share what the techniques and repetitions are with you. It involves one of those rubber stretching resistance things (resistance bands ). The way they recommend using the resistance bands frightens me a bit so I have never done it, but I think you can do them at the gym on the proper equipment too. I have a gym at work and one at the clubhouse, but they both have limited equipment and regular machine hogs

Because of my body type, I cannot have so much red meat...so mostly i eat chicken and potatoes (with salad or vegetables for lunch and dinner), oatmeal egg whites and fruit in the morning and an occasional snack of grapes or something if i am craving something sweet, which normally happens to me everyday in the late afternoon....I wonder why What's been working for you?

I'm excited about this thread too lol and am sooo looking forward to seeing everyones success!!
