Hello all! I have been over 200 since my 3rd child was born (she is now 17!). Through a divorce, I put on about 30 lbs and started the new year at about 235 (at 5'7"). Now I am determined to live a healthier lifestyle. I looked into surgery (lapband), but decided that I needed to make choices to change my own life.
I have been following a lower carb plan since the 1st of the year and had dropped 10 lbs, until about 3 days ago. I haven't cheated even once, yet my weight was climbing a couple
pounds a day. VERY frustrating!!!!
So today I was feeling defeated and then I found this post. Thank you all for being open and so encouraging. Wish I would have found this before I snuck into the goldfish crackers.....
