hello everyone! Its great finding a place where you can actually talk to people who know how you're feeling. I'm 22 so all my friends are thin and they can't really relate to how I'm feeling. I started out at 227 and I'm currently at 217! I started working out on the 4th of this month and eating healthy which eventually turned into a
vegan diet. So far I love it and I feel great!
