believe it or not I hated vegetables up until about 6 months ago. I started forcing myself to eat them so i could lose weight. I make two different kinds with dinner every night so i feel like i get to eat more with hardly any more calories! You can find any kind of workout video you want on youtube, so I have been experimenting with all sorts of stuff. its fun! I like belly dancing videos.

I have not gotten my dress yet. I wanted to wait a few months to see if I lost weight, but it's only 5 months away so I think I had better start looking. I can have it taken in at the last minute, hopefully
I need to do better with vegetables. I hardly ever eat them. I like them, but just never cook them. Belly dancing is SO fun. I went to a class once--it only had one session, bu it was still really fun. My cough is practically gone now, so I'd better start exercising! You have inspired me with vegetables. I am going to eat some every day now.
