Yesterday was a great day!
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices candian bacon

Lunch - Cobb salad with Chix breast, bacon, balsamic vinagrette dressing. Also had 2 3 oz lean ground beef patties

Dinner - 7 zo grilled chicken breast ad a cup of peas, 8 oz glass of milk.

Snack - low fat motz cheese stick, 3 sugar free jello ups.

Beverages - 3.25 liters of water.

I am still not seeing things on the scale. I had 1755 calories yesterday which is better than the day before when I only had 1100. I want to stay around the 1500 - 1800 per day. On a couple of sites with calculators around what your calorie intake should be for your weight I got 2 different numbers. With my current weight of 332#'s one said I should be eating 4400 calories and the other said 3600 calories, with the light activity I am doing which is my treadmill walking. I guess I will go with the lower number which my goal of calories currently would be basically cutting that number by 50%..In theory then I should be losing 3.5 pounds a week. I know this is only my third full week but with not seeing the scale move I am not getting bumbed out but I am getting scared that maybe I am doing something wrong like putting my body in starvation mode which is the last thig I want to happen.

My cravings for soda and candy are pretty much non existent. I have not had any type of Soda since Jan 3, not had any fast food since Jan 3, and not had any type of candy since Jan 4..lol So atleast I know the food going into my body is not crap.

Today will be a great day!!
