Yesterday I got an email from a girlfriend and was invited to join a group going to Bonaire in April (3 of my best girlfriends! yay!) So now I am really motivated. I will be spending a week on the beach. So, I called a friend that owns a
gym yesterday (she is part of the Bonaire party) and asked for the Bonaire Friends Special. She is letting me join for $20 a month, no joining fee. woohoooooo. I am going down on Monday. Will let you all know how this goes.
Doesn't it seem funny that I will drive 5 miles to the
gym to walk on a
treadmill?? and then drive home? Oh well, here in Oregon, you have to have webbed feet 8 months out of the year if you want to get outside. Plus........and Ginger you and I will have to trade notes........I get to take
YOGA again. They offer all kinds of group classes.
It may be a high
goal, but I would like to hit 200 by April 12 and the day we fly out. That is 27 lbs in like 11 or 12 weeks. I may not quite make it, but knowing I will be in a SWIMMING SUIT will help keep me on track.
Hey, anyone have thoughts on the Green Tea capsules that are out there?
