I just bought some WW points guides through "trade me" like Ebay. Really cheap as it is the 2000 edition but it has 5000 foods in there and gives me a good idea! I just bought a little calculator that calculates the points from the kilojoule and the
fat content or so - I'll see soon

I only just started today, and just read above that I am acctually allowed 20 points, not just 18 so I did more than well with my 19
