Well all I can say is that if an ameture with drinking 6-8 regular MT. Dews a day I was, I would hate to have been an olympian.
What type of fiber foods do you suggest? I am willing to try anything to adjust.
I do fill out my daily meals on Fit Day and I am between 1500 - 1800
calories a day. I started at around 4000-4500
calories a day.
