Just to say that I am a PCOS lady. I find walking to be very effective in helping me to lose weight and would strongly suggest that you get a pedometer and try walking more - together with eating a healthy balanced
diet of course.
I am a fair bit older than you - but my start weight was similar to your current weight and at 5ft3 I have a good idea of life where you are - I have lived my last 20 years at that size. Until I started walking - I never managed to ever lose weight effectively.
