YaY, I made it to 4 weeks!!!! So far I have lost 22.8 lbs, went from 367.8 to 345 and am very excited over the progress over the last month. I did the
treadmill for 1 hour and had my salad for lunch with a pork chop and veggies coming up for diner, so I feel I have done well. I still need to concentrate on drinking more water. Well it continues.............
