I am on my second round of this
diet. The first time I lost 8
pounds. I weighed myself after my 3 day break and I had gained back 3 lbs. I am now on my 6th day of the second time and I have GAINED 2
pounds. I am very confused and discouraged!!! I generated a new
diet plan through their site and it is slightly different than my last one... a lot of meat. I don't know whether to finish the 11 days or not.
