Yesterday was a great day!
Breakfast - South Beach protien bar, water
Lunch - cobb salad with egg, grilled chicken, bacon, onions, balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner - cup of black beans, 6oz of baked salmon, cup of steamed broccolli
snacks - none
beverages - 2 liters of water
Got on the scale this morning and I am down another
pound. Total loss is 29
pounds and current weight is 326.
Today will be a great day!
