Woke up this morning, slid my tired butt on the scale and "pooof" down 2 more
pounds. It is so cool to start the day with a loss!
Food yesterday:
Breakfast - south beach protein bar, skim milk
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, cup of black beans, tblsp of peanuts, skim milk
Dinner - grilled chicken breast, cauliflower, skim milk
no snacks
Beverages - 3 liters of water
Starting my 5th full week. So Far:
1/3 - 1/12/2008 - 11
pounds loss
1/13 - 1/19/2008 - 12
pounds loss
1/20 - 1/26/2008 - 5
pounds loss:
1/27 - 2/02/2008 - 1
pound loss
Total thru 4 weeks - 29
pounds loss weight: 326
