Yesterday was a good eating day.
Breakfast - 3 scram eggs, lean turkey breakfast sausage, left over asparagus, water
Lunch - grilled chix breast with red green peppers and onion, .5 cup spicey red beans, cucumber slices and homemade salsa, water
Dinner - lean ground turkey patties, cup of green beans, skim milk 8oz
Snack - 2 more hersheys kisses (2 days in a row yukk!!)
Beverages - 2 liters of water
Exercise - 45 minutes on
treadmill on 3 speed
Got up this morning and drug my butt on the scale and wow I was down 3 more
pounds. That takes me to 35 total
pounds lost and current weight is 320.
Today will be a great day!
