so monday i worked out with my trainer, and although i am not losing a ton of weight she said she can definitely see i am getting stronger and stronger...i am really pushing myself when we work out. if she says do 15 reps, i do 20....so i told her i would really like to do another day a week but i cant afford it so she asked one of our friends if we can split a day. so next week i will work out monday an thursday with her and then tues i will do my ball
exercises while watching the
biggest loser. wednesday i will skate
tonight i skated enough to work up a little sweat..gawd i used to be so good...i am hoping if i keep losing i will improve....it sucks getting older and not being able to do what you could do when you were even 30..at 30 i was still competing ....its just wild how your
body works. of course i was like 3
pounds lighter or more. so we will see
good with eating
yogurt and strawberries for breakfast
stirfry veggies and pita for lunch
chili for dinner/snack
pita and hommus for snack
maybe a little under
calories so i will maybe have some veggies while watching my show at 10
pm
