ja lux, you have to remember that the recommended portion for nuts is a very few in the palm of your hand but not overflowing. Remember on the 11 day
diet you are eating nuts at 3 meals a day and if you eat one serving of nuts (high in
fat also) that amounts to about 600
calories per day without overdoing it. I think this can be likened to a taste of cheesecake. My exwife used to serve me a small slice of cheesecake and say you can have that little bit. Well yes and then she would leave the room and I would cut two or three large slices. What I have had to do with nuts is set a number I will restrict myself to eating. For me it was 5 nuts per meal. I have not allowed myself to keep the nut contaiiner on the desk where I work for obvious reasons but go serve myself 5 per meal. Now you will still cheat a little. But it wont be like leaving the cheesecake in front of you to be tempted. Goodluck
