Already at the 6 week mark and I will weigh in tomorrow. For the last week I have been fluctuating right around 340 so for the last 2 days I have increased my exercise by adding 30 min on the
treadmill every night and writing down my calorie intake. Today so far I did 1 hour on the
treadmill and had a can of progresso soup with a round cracker with 3 slices of canadian bacon. I'm keeping my motivation up and charging ahead!
