I suppose I'll ask the first question, I'm still a little confused. Are we to copy the entire first posting, with all the dates of weight-ins and measurments, into the other thread, then just update that weekly? Or just write in a little note of how we're doing, then update the original post from the original thread?
I'm sure all the kinks will get worked out soon!
As for my progress, after 2 pounds down in the first 6 days or so, I ran into a really bad cold so I just got back to the gym yesterday for the first time since Thursday. But happily I didn't gain anything, just lost all the cardio I had built up

But that should come back quickly.
How is everyone else doing?
