Hi everyone! I have been going up and down and couple of
pounds for the last few weeks and I have been down about it. I finally feel like I broke my mental plateau. I have been eating better and I see a difference on the scale, yeah! I feel like I am back and my progress will continue. I have been coming on here and reading the other posts, which I feel kept me from gaining a bunch of weight back, so THANKS! The only bad thing is I had to cancel my
gym membership because of a money situation. We have a clubhouse in our community that has a
fitness center. Unfortunately the machines need to be replaced. But If I could walk or run there(1/2 mile) and do some
weights as well as some
cardio then walk or run back, that should be a pretty good workout.
