Yup I suck at writing in this thing consistently. So yesterday I was kind of sick and was really hot so I put on these skimpy little sweatpant-material shorts. I was afraid to look in the mirror but was actually kind of pleasantly surprised when my legs didn't totally gross me out! My hips/thighs/butt is what bothers me most. I have pretty muscular legs but my inner thighs just aren't workin for me. I also have some cellulite on my butt and hamstring area and it makes me soo mad! I measured the largest part of my thigh and got 22 inches...I don't even know if that is big or not for my height (5'5) I run or do elliptical pretty often. What makes me mad is that I know my legs are strong (I used to squat 365lbs), but i have this stupid cellulite!! I don't really eat much
fat on a regular basis. hmmm. I wish I could lose some weight in my boobs..uggh! So anyway I guess my point to this post is that my thighs bother me, but I was kind of surprised yesterday that they seem to be looking better
I'm adding on to this post...I went on a cruise about 2.5 years ago..that's when I was in the best shape of my life and it happened totally unintentionally! I was on vacation for over 2 weeks and ate out every meal..plus you know how cruise food is..well I didn't gain anything!! I'm going on another cruise this July for my honeymoon and I'm praying for a repeat situation! Although this
weight loss isn't totally unintentional like last time, i'm determined to once again be in the best shape of my life!
