If It Were Easy . . .

I love this country, but if you haven't noticed, we're a fat and lazy nation. Achieving optimal health and fitness is extremely challenging. If it were easy, everyone would do it. Even with the help of a personal trainer, accountability lies on you to reach your goals.

Speed bumps occur, on the road to fitness, when you compare yourself to others. Just one-upping the next person isn't good enough. Reaching for a chocolate chip bagel in the break room is not a wise choice, just because most of your co-workers take donuts. The same rule applies to your workouts, don't just one-up, do what's right for you.

Best of luck with your goals,

Bonnie
