I agree with the others, it's not hard as long as you have the drive and determination in your heart. If you don't have it, and you're not fully committed, all those speed bumps come along and you'll probably fail over and over again.
The problem with this country and the obesity is that most people are plain and happy with who they are, and that's really not a problem to me.
The weight issue is only my concern for my
body, I don't like to look down on those who are happy with what they are. I can't be that judgmental.
