I dunno. I would think a person with a family would want to be fit and healthy for them, and in turn, have more of a drive to do it.

And what is a regular person? I have 2 kids, am a single mother, work full time and still find time for fitness (and movies).

I really think it is just lazines & peer pressure, not time or money.
