I really thing a lot of people do buy into the notion that it's hard - so they figure why should they bother...
trust me when I say I am probably the laziest person on the face of the earth - but being in the right mindset - losing weight and getting fitter (no where near fit yet)-- hasnt been difficult at all...
Having a professional come in and say - oh its hard -really does send the wrong message... If you think it's hard -find a way to make it so that it's not hard for people so they won't be discouraged before they even begin...
oh and I loooove me some donuts.. and beer
