Today is the start of week 8 and I know it will be awesome. For the first 7 weeks I have lost a total of 35.2 lbs and dropped a pant size!

I feel better than I have in a long time and have more
energy. The
treadmill is getting easier and it is becoming routine. I now think about the foods I eat and make healthy choices. I still have a looooong way to go but there is no reason I cant make it, with a little determination and motivation there is nothing I can't do!
