You're already doing so well! Don't give up now! Stick with it and you'll get results. You might want to use a measuring tape instead of a scale to see how you're progressing, especially if you are trying to build muscle (which, of course weighs more than fat).

I know you can see from my ticker that I'm not the best at losing weight myself. I'm having eating issues connected with spending issues (i.e. I'm spending money I don't have on food I don't need, like cheesecake). I'm finally out of money and seeking professional help, though, so that should change. Despite all that, I stole the advice in the previous paragraph from a weight loss genius (Steve) so I know it's the truth.
