In October I was 140
pounds. It had been 7 months after I delivered my 2nd child and I was looking for a way to find myself back to my 105-110
pounds I weighed before I had children (over 4 years ago). I had never dieted in my entire life, but now I had to...I stumbled upon this
diet. It was amazing. The first 11 days I was down 9
pounds. The 2nd round, I didn't lose but a
pound. I took a week off, then started back. Lost another 9
pounds. I did this off and on, while continuing the maintenance
diet. 3.5 months later, I was 112
pounds and I've maintained it. My last few
pounds to my
goal weight doesn't want to come off, but when you're so close to
goal, it's really difficult.
So I guess what I'm saying is it works. I am never hungry, but I never gorge myself. I indulge myself to my Starbucks drinks occasionally and eat an occasional treat. Granted I run for 40 minutes 3 times a week, but that is the ONLY exercise I do. 2 children under the age of 4, I don't have time for anything else.
I personally don't think this unhealthy. You get to eat a wide variety of foods. Is it no carb - absolutely not, but it is lower carb. I love it. It was the best money I ever spent.
Worked like a charm for my husband and he didn't exercise at all! THREE of my work associates have purchased the program since they have seen my transformation.
