I think that everybody's
body is different and nobody knows their own
body better than themselves. This
diet might not be for everyone. My neighbor did try it and couldn't follow it. It's strict, but you do not go hungry at all. That's what I liked about it. No set portions. You set when you are full. Like all diets, it's up to the user.
