Kgirl - Thanks - congratulations yourself - 156 is great!

I was eating a LOT of raisins. It was ok when I was getting a decent weight loss but it was less good when my weight loss slowed down. It actually took quite a bit of courage and quite a lot of calculation to stop them. Thankfully things are going ok now without them and my weight loss has certainly improved.

Sometimes change can be scary but necessary.
