Another beautiful sunny, healthy day. Yesterday I got new shoes and did the
treadmill for 1 hour and they worked and felt awesome. Also I walked the dog for 51 min, I can tell the difference in
treadmill walking and "real" walking(its harder). Anyways I ate food that was good for me and plan on getting extra exercise this weekend as this is my 8th week and want to have as much loss for the 2 months as possible.
