The rules are already posted in the contest section. You have to have already entered the contest and be on the list of contestants in order to qualify for the prizes now. The contest has been posted for over a month, and officially started about 2 weeks ago.
I will be looking into posts in the chats thread, as well as the weigh in thread to determine monthly winners, and everything overall (including photos) for the final winners.
Final prizes have yet to be determined, but will of course value more than the monthly prizes. We may be giving a choice in prizes for monthly winners, however that is still being discussed. With final prizes there will not be a choice, but they are guaranteed to be great
