Hey there.. I just had my 2nd son 5 weeks ago and am not yet even sleeping enough to have the
energy to exercise. Has any one heard of "milk going sour" with exercise and breastfeeding??
I am SO eager to loose this extra 15-20 lbs and start wearing my old cloths again. I'm stuck between the dreaded maternity cloths and my old stuff.
