I have a boyfriend too. If i dump him I would be thin. It is very hard to
diet when someone always wants to eat out and take you to get ice cream. I have learned I have to feed him instead of him feeding me. I make him and myself a delicious smoothie every morning for breakfast. Just put in your favorite fruit, dannon light and fit yogurt 1/2 cup, apple juice (they are making
diet juices now that are really good: 50 cal) and ice. If you have a sweet tooth, this would work. Also I love ice cream. Try a skinny cow sandwich bar (strawberry shortcake is goooooood!!) its only 140 cal.
I love pasta and pizza...I havent yet found a replacement for that. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
I also am still learning self control. I am trying to eat in moderation. I swear I could eat a whole pizza if you let me. But it will all go to my waist and I know it.
