Hey all,
My little (6 weeks and 13 lbs) baby
is nursing well. However, the last 10
pounds are sitting tight - due to my inactivity. I'm a writer about weight-loss issues, and I've got my own 10 lbs (actually 30 lbs total - 20 lbs from before pregnancy) that I'd like to lose. It's awesome to be in the industry..lots of ideas about
weight loss floating around in my head. I just need to get myself active so they can start working
