Still been really busy and have just neglected to post updates but I have been losing weight at a steady pace. I'm down to 207lbs. now. I haven't been doing
cardio as much as I would like to (only around 2-3 times a week) but I have made a big change in my eating habbits. I started eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and i've completly cut fast food and other junk food out of my life. 2 days till march and i'm almost to my
goal weight. yay for me!
